Suggestion Hypnotherapy (Clinical Hypnosis)
Suggestion therapy can be successfully used for building positive emotions and thoughts. For behavioural changes, this makes use of beneficial positive suggestions to change bad habits into good ones, for example, stopping smoking, confidence boosting or improved relaxation.
Suggestion therapy is for more basic problems such as stopping smoking, slimming, nail biting, managing pre-test nerves, relaxation, etc. Suggestion therapy usually only requires one or two sessions.
Analytical therapy combines psychotherapy and analytical techniques with hypnosis. This can help to resolve any negative or difficult events or situations in the past that are still impacting on your life today. This type of therapy is used for more deeply rooted emotional or psychological problems. Resolve the cause of your issues so that you are able to make the permanent positive change that you want for yourself.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy concentrates on how our thoughts and behaviours cause us to feel different emotions. The therapy helps the client alter their negative thought patterns, and to recognise and change behaviours which are causing conflict in their life.
