Suggestion therapy is also known as Clinical Hypnotherapy, Suggestion Hypnosis or Clinical Hypnosis.
Suggestion therapy makes use of beneficial suggestions for simple problems such as smoking, nail biting, pre-test nerves, relaxation, confidence boosting etc, and which require only two or three sessions. Suggestion therapy is successful because it works with the individual’s own will power by making strong, positive suggestions about something the individual would like to achieve or be, in preference to their present situation.
This is used in cases such as Quit Smoking, Relaxation, Driving Test Fears, Exam Nerves, Some Weight Control Issues, Public Speaking/Performance, Habits, and much more.
The client listens to the sound of the therapists’ voice and is fully aware throughout the whole session. At the end of the session, the client feels very refreshed and relaxed. A personal self-hypnosis CD is also given to clients which reinforces the work we have done during your sessions and provides a way of you being able to regularly relax.
