Anxiety and stress is a normal, healthy feeling that is experienced by everyone. It is the body’s way of reacting to situations and the daily pressures of life. Extreme anxiety can cause adverse effects physically, psychologically and emotionally.

Gradually people with a panic disorder may develop phobias to the point where it can have a significant impact on their lives and it is not uncommon for people to have phobias about certain places or situations where panic attacks have occurred, such as in supermarkets or other everyday situations to the point where it can have a significant impact on peoples lives.
